Olives Rosselló, són ses bones
At Olives Rosselló, we are a Mallorcan family-owned company with our own unique way of doing things.
We were born in Llubí in 1954, when Joan Rosselló and Magdalena Perelló began preparing capers using traditional artisanal methods. Since then, we have grown, crossed borders, and incorporated new estates, facilities, and products.
Today, we continue to work at the crossroads of tradition, innovation, and respect for the land, staying true to the same belief: doing things well.
We grow, select, and care for our raw materials with patience, dedication, and Mallorcan character, to create high-quality local products.
We select the finest raw ingredients and take care of every product to offer you the very best of who we are: quality, closeness and all the flavour of Mallorca.
We care for the land we come from so that we can continue offering you the very best it has to give. We use responsible processes, innovation and sustainable farming methods that protect our environment, respect our past and look towards our future.
From Coria del Río, we select, package, store, and distribute products in different formats for retail, Horeca, distributors, and exporters, offering flexible solutions tailored to each customer.
Quality, variety, and agility from the heart of the olive-growing region.

Founded as a family business in 1955, Olis Balle is now part of Olives Rosselló. This union strengthens a proposal based on local products, quality, and Mediterranean flavour.
Our oils represent a simple and authentic way to enjoy Mallorca: natural products, designed to accompany everyday cooking.
A brand with history, local character, and Mediterranean flavour, created to bring the essence of Mallorcan olive oil to the table.
Son Mesquidassa brings together extra virgin olive oils with the D.O. Oli de Mallorca designation through brands such as Son Mesquidassa, Joan Rosselló, Ni Verd Ni Blau, Can Troquet, and Olidays. Different ways of understanding olive oil: from softer, more balanced profiles to creations with greater character and complexity.
The range is completed with products linked to the local pantry: olives, capers, sea fennel, vinegars, preserves, honey, and fleur de sel.
An Olives Rosselló proposal that combines origin, variety, and the Mallorcan identity.
